I need someone to send me an email address I can send full details of the issue in question. I have been trying to sort it out since August last year and to be honest it is getting to be a joke. You can find my account at @yahoo.co.uk and you should get an idea of all of times I have contacted you to sort it out but with no success. I have prepared an email with all the details and ask that you send an email to my address so I can send it to you.

Forum contributors do not have access to Microsoft support tickets. If you were in contact with someone from support, you have to contact them again. For consumer (home use) products, the support chat is the starting point. Go to https://support.microsoft.com/contactus.

If you want to ask your peers in the forum, you can do so (too).

You'd have to explain what you are trying to do, of course.

Many billing questions can be dealt with on the web. If you sign in to your account at https://account.microsoft.com/services , you should be able to tell the status of your subscription, for example. You should also be able to turn off recurring billing and cancel the subscription, if that is what you are trying to do.

Direct email addresses for Microsoft support are not provided. To request a refund or get billing help for a Microsoft 365/Office home subscription, use the official support channels while signed in with the Microsoft account that owns the subscription (not the Yahoo address itself):

    1. Go to the Microsoft support contact page and sign in.
    2. Select the product category for Microsoft 365/Office and choose the option related to billing, payments, or subscriptions.
    3. Choose to Chat with a support agent or request a call back. In the chat or call, indicate that a refund is needed for charges going back to August last year and that there have been multiple prior contacts.
    4. When connected to an agent, copy/paste the full details already prepared into the chat, or describe that a detailed email is ready and ask the agent how to securely provide any additional documentation.

If the issue is specifically an unrecognized or duplicate charge, support agents on the billing team are the only ones who can access the account and process refunds or credits; community forums and Q&A sites cannot access billing data or issue refunds.

For general guidance on refunds and subscription management, see the refund and subscription help articles referenced in similar billing cases:

    • Use the refund guidance to check eligibility and submit a refund request for subscription charges.
    • If needed, cancel the subscription after the refund request is handled so future charges stop.
