can't find Bit locker recovery in Microsoft account

Question

I have logged in on my microsoft account to find the bit locker recovery key for my Laptop.

I logged in my microsoft account. I can see my laptop serial number under the device section. I opened the section of manage you bit-locker recovery key. It is said over there no recovery key found on your laptop.

Where can I the bot locker recovery key for my laptop.
