I thought I had cancelled Microsoft 365 subscription but was charged anyway

I intended to (and thought I had) cancelled my Microsoft 365 subscription before the trial ended on Feb 15, 2026. I actually didn't use the subscription during the trial because I was having great difficulty signing into Word. I was certain I had cancelled for this reason but now I see that I was charged on Feb 15. I am frustrated with this service and have no interest in using it, so I would like to be refunded for the amount I was charged. It is also infuriating that I am finding it impossible (in Canada at least) to speak to a Microsoft representative on the phone about this problem. Please rectify this issue.
