    Hello ırmak yaman,

Thank you for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum!

I understand that you are having issue with receiving activation link from LinkedIn premium student offer. I truly understand how you feel. Let me assist you go through this situation.

When you sign up for the Microsoft 365 + LinkedIn Premium student offer, the LinkedIn Premium is not activated immediately.

    • LinkedIn sends a separate activation email
    • That email can take up to 7 days to arrive
    • In some reported cases, it can take 10–14 days or slightly longer
    • The email often lands in Spam / Junk / Promotions / Other folders

Since you signed up on 24 February, you are still within the normal delivery window. I suggest you double check by:

    1. Open a desktop or laptop browser (Chrome, Edge, Safari)
    2. Sign in to the exact email address you used to register
    3. Check Inbox, Spam/Junk, Promotions, Other
    4. Search for:
      • “LinkedIn”
      • “Microsoft”
      • “Premium”
      • “Career”

I hope this will help with your situation. Please feel free to reach back if you have further update or more questions.

    Best Regards,

The LinkedIn Premium student offer email can sometimes be hard to spot or may only appear correctly in certain mail apps.

From a similar reported case, the issue was that the activation email did arrive, but it was only visible when checking the mailbox from a desktop browser (for example, on a laptop) rather than from the phone’s mail app. Once the user opened the same email account on a Mac/PC browser, the LinkedIn Premium offer email was there and could be used to claim the subscription.

    Recommended steps:

    1. Sign in to the email account used for the Microsoft 365 student offer from a desktop browser (for example, on a laptop/PC, not via the phone’s mail app).
    2. Check the Inbox, Promotions/Other tabs, and Junk/Spam folders for any email about a LinkedIn Premium offer or trial from Microsoft or LinkedIn.
    3. If multiple email accounts are configured on the phone, confirm which exact address was used for the student signup and check that specific mailbox in a browser.
    4. If the email is still not visible after checking from a desktop browser and all folders, contact Microsoft support for the education/student offer so they can review eligibility and delivery of the promotion email.
