Cannot connect to applied skills assessment

Question

I am trying to take the assessment for Applied Skills Microsoft Applied Skills: Migrate SQL Server workloads to Azure SQL Database, but when I start the assessment from https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/credentials/applied-skills/migrate-sql-workloads-azure-sql-database/ keeps trying to connect and prompts to reconnect until the countdown from 2 hours allowed for the assessment goes down to zero and the assessment is marked as "FAILED". From that moment I have to wait 72 hours until I can try again. I tried quite a few times for the last couple of weeks with exactly same results:cannot connect to the assessment lab.
