I was told that I only had the home version of Widows and that is why I had issues with logging into my microsoft accounts. I paid for and downloaded the Pro version and I am having the same exact issue. I am unable to get any support because The AI screening tool either hangs up on me or will not allow me to enter a support ticket. Please help.

It is not a personal email address. It is a domain that I have had associated with my email since 2006.

Hello, thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A.

*Is the affected email address associated with a personal Microsoft account (for example, one ending in @outlook.com, @hotmail.com, or @gmail.com that you use for services like Skype or Xbox), or is it a work/school account provided by an organization (for example, *****@company.com)?

What is the exact error message you receive when you try to sign in with your Microsoft account to any Microsoft service, such as the Microsoft Store?

Are you able to sign in to your account normally on the web?

We will be waiting for your reply.
