Why is Microsoft support non existent ?
I purchased a product from the Microsoft Store on February 24, 2026, and to date, I still have not received it. I am unable to get in touch with customer support. There is a sales support number, but I keep encountering a bot on the other end. For such a large tech company, the lack of support is unacceptable. It’s frustrating that there are no support emails or chat options available.
