Yes, you can transfer it to your new laptop if it’s a retail license and not OEM. Just make sure to uninstall it from the old device first before activating it on the new one.
However, please keep in mind that Office 2013 has already reached end of support. It no longer receives security updates or technical support from Microsoft. While it may still work, it can pose security risks and may have compatibility issues, especially on newer versions of Windows.
Because of that, I would honestly recommend purchasing a newer version of Microsoft 365 or the latest Office version. That way you’ll receive ongoing updates, security patches, and full support.
