Hello Microsoft Support,

I would like to kindly request a review and possible reopening of my Microsoft 365 Developer tenant.

Tenant domain: <PII removed>

Previously, I was not actively using the tenant because I was focusing on improving my development skills with other programming languages and technologies. Recently I started working in a development-focused environment where knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem and the Microsoft 365 Developer Program is very important.

Because of this, I would like to continue learning and actively using the Microsoft 365 Developer Program for development, testing, and experimentation with Microsoft technologies. I understand that developer tenants are expected to remain active, and I sincerely apologize if my inactivity caused the tenant to be disabled.

If the tenant could be restored, I will actively use it for development and learning purposes, and I will make sure to keep it properly maintained and in compliance with the program guidelines.

Thank you very much for your time and consideration. I would truly appreciate any help or review of my tenant.

Kind regards

    Hi @Erik Bednařík

Thank you for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum.

Please note that our forum is a public platform, and we will modify your question to hide your personal information in the description. Kindly ensure that you hide any personal or organizational information the next time you post an error or other details to protect personal data.

Based on the official documentation, the Microsoft 365 E5 Developer subscription is valid for up to 90 days and is automatically renewed if you remain active in development. The renewal process is handled by Microsoft’s internal systems, which evaluate your development activity to determine eligibility.

Please note that, as moderators, we do not have access to the backend tools used to assess activity or to manually trigger a renewal.

If your tenant has already been marked as expired or inactive, we recommend backing up any important data as soon as possible before the subscription and all data are permanently deleted.

User's image You can refer to this article for more information: Microsoft 365 Developer Program FAQ | Microsoft Learn.

You can delete Profile to remove the old Developer account. This may help release the phone number so you can use it again for a new registration. Please note that it can take some time, usually up to 60 days, before the number becomes available for reuse.

If the steps above do not work, we recommend contacting Microsoft Developer Support for further assistance through the following link: Services Hub.

Please note that Services Hub is intended for paid support tickets and access is subject to certain conditions. You can find more details here Services Hub sign in FAQs | Microsoft Learn

If you need to create a new developer account right away, you might consider using a different phone number, such as a work mobile or secondary line, to complete the registration process immediately.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
