Teams & calendar not linking

Hello I can’t seem to see my meetings in my calendar - can you help please?

Hello,

What type of email address do you use for your Microsoft account? For example, is it outlook.com, gmail.com?

To see meetings in the Teams calendar with a paid (family) account, check these areas:

1. Use the Calendar view in Teams

• On desktop or web: Select Calendar on the left side of Teams to see upcoming meetings and events scheduled in Teams, Outlook, or Exchange.
• On mobile: Tap Calendar to see the weekly calendar for all meetings scheduled from Teams, Outlook, or Exchange. Teams meetings will show a Teams icon and a Join button.

2. Confirm the correct account is signed in If meetings are missing, it can be due to being signed in with the wrong account type.

• If signed in with a personal Microsoft account instead of a work or school account, work/school meetings, assignments, and calendars will not appear.
• Make sure the same account used to schedule or receive the meeting invitations in Outlook/Exchange is the one signed into Teams.

3. If meetings still do not appear

• Check the calendar where the meetings were created (for example, Outlook or another calendar app) and confirm the invitations were sent to the same email address used in Teams.
• If using Teams Free or multiple accounts, switch to the account that has the meetings so they can sync into the Teams calendar.

If none of the above resolves the issue, contact support or use the Microsoft Teams Community for further help.
