The HP Deskjet D1360 is very old, so it likely stopped working after a Windows update. Blinking light usually means paper jam or ink cartridge issue, check paper and reseat the cartridges.

If it powers on but won’t print, remove it from Windows and reinstall the driver. It’s probably a driver/compatibility issue, not the printer itself.

    Dear matus udvardy,

Thank you for reaching out regarding the HP Deskjet D1360 printer issue. The continuous blinking and sudden loss of support on the notebook can be caused by driver incompatibility or a corrupted installation. A recommended first step is to disconnect the printer, uninstall any existing HP drivers, and then reinstall the latest drivers available from the HP Support website. Verifying that the USB connection is stable and testing with a different port may also help isolate the problem. If the printer continues to blink without functioning, running the Windows Troubleshooter for printers can provide additional diagnostics. Should the issue persist, submitting the error details and driver logs through the Microsoft Support portal will allow engineers to analyze the environment more thoroughly.
