I didn't get the Linkedin Premium subscription through Microsoft 365 Premium for Student

I got the Microsoft 365 Student offer on Feb 21, but never received the LinkedIn Premium activation email. My student status has been verified and I have checked all of my emails, including spams but still didn't see anything. Please send the code or link to my account

The LinkedIn Premium activation email for the Microsoft 365 student offer is sent by email and can sometimes be missed or hidden by the mail client.

From a similar case, the offer email was present but only visible when checking the mailbox from a different device/client (for example, it did not appear in the phone’s Gmail app but did appear when checking the same Gmail account in a desktop browser).

    Actionable steps:

    1. Sign in to the same email account used for the Microsoft 365 Student offer from a desktop or laptop browser (not just a mobile app).
    2. Check Inbox, Spam/Junk, Promotions/Other (if using Gmail/Outlook focused inbox), and any custom folders or filters that might auto‑file promotional emails.
    3. Use the mailbox search and look for terms like LinkedIn, Premium, or Microsoft 365 around the date you redeemed the offer (Feb 21 and the following 1–2 weeks).
    4. If the email still cannot be found from any client, contact Microsoft Support directly so an agent can review the promotion status on the account and, if applicable, re‑send or otherwise help with the offer. For Microsoft 365 consumer/education subscriptions, support can be reached via the account portal under Account & Billing Help.

If the LinkedIn Premium email is visible only on some devices (as in the referenced case), redeem the offer from the device where the email appears.
