Minecraft Story Mode

Question

I'm just curious to why Microsoft who should own most of the rights to the game doesn't buy the rest of the rights and re-publish it as with the nostalgia of the game they would earn more then it costs to buy the licenses or do a remaster which would remove bugs, improve graphics and all. So many I included if you tell us to sign a petition would sign it for it to be brought back. So is there anyway us the fans can say anything or do anything to bring back Mcsm.
