Hello Reza,
When you purchase a Windows 11 Pro license directly from Microsoft Store, the product key is not always sent separately in the confirmation email. Instead, the license is digitally linked to the Microsoft account you used at the time of purchase. That’s why you may not see a product key in the email or order history, but the system should activate automatically once you sign in with the same Microsoft account on the device.
To verify this, go to Settings > System > Activation on your PC. If the license is correctly associated, you’ll see “Windows is activated with a digital license linked to your Microsoft account.” In that case, no manual product key entry is required. If activation fails and you only see “Not activated,” then you need to retrieve the product key from your Microsoft account purchase history. Log in at https://account.microsoft.com/services/ with the account used for the purchase. Under “Services & subscriptions,” the Windows 11 Pro license should appear, and from there you can view the product key if one was issued.
If the license does not show up under Services & subscriptions, it may mean the purchase was tied to a different Microsoft account than the one you are checking. Since you mentioned two email addresses, I recommend checking both. If neither shows the license, you will need to contact Microsoft Store Support directly with your order number (7467334714) and purchase date (March 2nd). They can confirm the account association and reissue the product key if necessary.
I hope you've found something useful here. If it helps you get more insight into the issue, it's appreciated to accept the answer. Should you have more questions, feel free to leave a message. Have a nice day!
