Hi.
Using https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/cost-management-billing/costs/tutorial-export-acm-data?tabs=azure-portal I've created automatic daily export of my cost data. Everything works fine, but the example at the bottom of the tutorial is having fields I don't see on my file.
Are the export CSV columns different for different account type (EA, PAYG, MCA) ? If yes, where can I find the expected columns for each of types? I found the doc for MCA https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/cost-management-billing/manage/mca-understand-pricesheet, but I cannot find one neither for PAYG and EA.

Thanks.

    Hello @Lukasz Opasiak - Thanks for reaching out.

    Yes, the terms are different for different account types.

    Please take a look at the below docs for more info :

    1. Microsoft Partner Agreement
    2. PayG and EA

    Exports from Cost Management output the same information as what you get from a usage details file.

    Hope this helps.

    Hey thanks for the quick response.
    The second link seems to be broken, so if you could update it, I'd be grateful.

    Cheers.

    Not only.

    If you switch Microsoft Azure Consumption Commitment (MACC) you might find yourself in the situation in which:

    • The order of the column has been altered
    • More columns are added
    • Several columns have been renamed

    In my case the columns renamed were:

    • productId --> ProductId
    • product --> ProductName
    • subscriptionId --> SubscriptionId
    • resourceId --> ResourceId
    • payGPrice --> PayGPrice

    And they completely changed the behave of my Power BI. the only solution was to rename the columns of all the CSV of the old MACC and make them match the new MACC.

    Crazy!
