Hi Everyone,

Can anyone here let me know how does interpretedusertype attribute assign its value for o365 user? We would like to create new Skype user and make it as on-Prem Skype but when this user get provisioned on Skpe, the interpretedusertype attribute that was assigned to him was HybridOnlineEnabledUserWithTeamsLicense.

Instead of changing it manually, how do we change it by default when we provision this user?

Thanks

    Hi @Masan K

Based on my research, The InterpretedUserType attribute has two values which reflect whether a user is in hybrid mode (value = “HybridOnline”), or pure online (value = “PureOnline” or “DirSyncedPureOnline”).

If the remaining msRTC* attributes are cleared in AD on-premises and synchronized into Azure AD, it appears SfBO will see those blanked attributes and change InterpretedUserType to “PureOnline” or “DirSyncedPureOnline”.
