Are you referring to the numeric keypad, the keys 1 and zero pressed in sequence?

Or are you referring to the F10 function key?

    Hi ,

I'm Dyari. Thanks for reaching out. I will be happy to assist you in this regard.

When you say 10 key, I assume you mean the numeric keypad on the right side of your keyboard.

If Num Lock is turned on and it's still not working, press Num Lock once and look for the indicator light on your keyboard. Sometimes the light is off even though Windows shows it enabled.

Then, go to Settings > Accessibility > Mouse > Mouse Keys > Make sure it is turned OFF.

If it is off, boot into Safe Mode and test the number pad. You can also use a wired mouse if you are using a laptop. If the external one works, the built-in keyboard may have a hardware issue.

Please let me know if you need further assistance.
