I have been going round in circles on this website to cancel an £8.49 monthly charge for a service I don’t use I would like to cancel and get my money back.

Do you see the £8.49 charge there?
If not, please check your email inbox and junk folder.
Search for “Microsoft receipt” or “Microsoft subscription.”
Do you see any billing email from Microsoft?
