ONE DRIVE ALL MY FILES ARE MISSING

i TRIED TO START USING ONE DRIVE TO BACK UP MY COMPUTER. Now almost all the files are missing and just the file structure remains.

I understand you started using OneDrive to back up your computer

Have you try checking the OneDrive folder location on your computer?

• Open File Explorer and go to: C:\Users<your‑username>\OneDrive
• Then open:
  • Desktop
  • Documents
  • Pictures
• If your files are there then it was moved and not deleted.

If they are not there, then let check OneDrive Web, your file could still be on there:

• Go to https://onedrive.live.com
• Sign in and check:
  • My files
  • Desktop / Documents folders

If files are there, then your data is safe, but your PC isn’t downloading them yet.

Check all of the location I provided then update me on the situation by replying back to this post. I'll be happy to help.
