Your organization has not enabled Microsoft Forms for your current account error

Question

HI, I am having issues accessing Microsoft Forms. I added MS 365 business basic license (non-profit account) to my account today and added myself as a user under the Forms app but when I go to https://forms.office.com/ it shows -

Your organization has not enabled Microsoft Forms for your current account

Please contact your administrator for access, or sign in with a different account and try again.

Can someone help me resolve this, please? Thank you!

You will need to use this instruction to turn on Forms for your user.
