Request to Remove Payment Method Linked to My Account

I’m contacting you to request the removal of a payment method linked to my email address. My Azure account has been disabled, so I’m unable to remove it myself.

Credit card last four digits: 8030

Could you please assist with removing the saved payment method or advise on the steps required to complete this request?

Please don't keep redirecting me somewhere else. I'm tired of being redirected when I request support. I can't access Azure's own support page because my account has been closed.

Hello Ulaş Boynueğri, I totally get how frustrating it is to be bounced around when you can’t even sign into your portal. Here’s the deal for removing a saved credit card (last four 8030) from Azure:

    What normally happens

    1. You sign into the Azure portal
    2. Go to Cost Management + Billing > Payment methods
    3. Find card ending 8030 > Delete

But – that flow only works if:

    • Your account is active

    • You have no past-due invoices or pending charges

    • No subscriptions are still using the card

Since your account is currently disabled and you can’t sign in, you won’t be able to follow those steps yourself. you can create and support request to billing team to assist further. Kindly check the below documentation for more details: How to create an Azure support request - Azure supportability | Microsoft Learn

If you unable to log in to azure portal please share the error message you are getting:

    Reference docs

Delete a payment method from an Azure subscription

Change or update payment methods for various account types

    Resolve past-due balances

    Hope this helps! Thanks
