    Hi,

The problem might be with the website I believe instead of your network. Let me verify that by seeing a screenshot.

To attach a screenshot, see below:

    • Press Windows key + Shift + S together on the keyboard.
    • The screen will dim and the Snipping Tool overlay will appear.
    • Drag the cursor to capture the required area.
    • The screenshot will be copied to the clipboard. Please press Ctrl+V in the editor to paste it, then confirm to attach the image.

Alternatively, you can press the PrtScn key on the keyboard, if it exists, to directly copy the Entire screen, which you can paste using CTRL+V.

I’m eager to hear back and work together to find a solution.

The “insecure network” message and failure to load the ASIC business registration site are typically caused by network/firewall configuration, not by System Center Operations Manager itself.

Try these steps on the affected Windows device:

    1. Reset Windows Firewall to defaults
      1. Open Start → type Windows Security → open it.
      2. Go to Firewall & network protection.
      3. Select Restore firewalls to default and confirm.
      4. Test the ASIC site again.
    2. Ensure Windows Firewall is turned on (not off)
      1. In Firewall & network protection, open each active network profile (Domain, Private, Public).
      2. Make sure the firewall is On for each profile.
    3. Check if another firewall or security product is blocking the site
      • If a third‑party firewall or security suite is installed, temporarily disable its web protection/firewall and try loading the ASIC site again.
      • If it works with the third‑party firewall disabled, add an allow rule for the ASIC site in that product.
    4. Use the built‑in Network troubleshooter
      1. In Firewall & network protection, select Network and Internet troubleshooter.
      2. Let it run and apply any fixes it suggests.
    5. If the site is still blocked only on this machine
      • In Firewall & network protection, select Advanced settings.
      • Review recent Outbound Rules or Inbound Rules that may have been added and are blocking web traffic (HTTP/HTTPS). Removing or disabling incorrect rules can restore access. Be careful: incorrect changes can make the system more vulnerable or break apps.

If the ASIC site fails from all devices on the same network, the issue is likely with the router or an upstream firewall; in that case, contact the network administrator or ISP to ensure HTTPS traffic to that site is not being blocked.
