Yesterday I began to receive multiple messages to sign into my MS Account but the word "Google" was mentioned in brackets below by Gmail account name. I kept trying to sign in but the messages kept appearing. I have now uninstalled MS365 and now want to reinstall. How can I access my account if I cannot sign in?

Hello, thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A.

May I know the exact error message or code displayed when you attempt to sign in? If possible, please share a screenshot of the message without exposing your email address. In the meantime, you can try the following method and see if it helps.

    1. Open a new Incognito (private browsing) window in your browser.
    2. Go to the following page and sign in with your Microsoft account (you can copy and paste the link into the address bar): https://account.microsoft.com/services
    3. Enter your username and password.
    4. If you’re prompted to verify your identity using your alternate security contact methods (such as your phone number or email address), request the verification code, enter it, and complete the sign‑in process.
    5. Once you’ve successfully signed in, you should be able to download and install the Office applications from your account page.

If you run into any issues with any of these steps, please let me know which step is causing the problem and what error message you see, if any.
