- Open a new Incognito (private browsing) window in your browser.
- Go to the following page and sign in with your Microsoft account (you can copy and paste the link into the address bar): https://account.microsoft.com/services
- Enter your username and password.
- If you’re prompted to verify your identity using your alternate security contact methods (such as your phone number or email address), request the verification code, enter it, and complete the sign‑in process.
- Once you’ve successfully signed in, you should be able to download and install the Office applications from your account page.
