I've been unable to play Minecraft Bedrock due to it getting stuck while updating. To troubleshoot this, I've tried uninstalling, but when I uninstalled, I couldn't reinstall. I've also uninstalled the Minecraft Launcher, yet I cannot reinstall it, and so I have concluded it must be an error with the Microsoft Store. The error code I received was "0X87E00005".

1. Uninstall the Xbox app from Settings.
2. Then, open Windows PowerShell and run these commands one at a time:

get-appxpackage Microsoft.GamingServices | remove-AppxPackage -allusers

Get-AppxPackage gamingservices -allusers | remove-appxpackage -allusers

Get-appxpackage Microsoft.GamingServices | remove-AppxPackage Microsoft.XboxApp | Remove-AppxPackage xboxapp | Remove-AppxPackageThenRestart your computer and follow the steps below:

3. Press Windows logo + X and click Command Prompt (Admin).

reg delete HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\system\currentcontrolset\services\GamingServices /f

reg delete HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\system\currentcontrolset\services\GamingServicesNet /f

4. In the command prompt, type the command below and press Enter.

Dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth

Once the scan is complete, type the command below in the command prompt and press Enter.

SFC /Scannow

Once the scan is complete, restart your computer to determine the issue.
