Microsoft Office Not Updated

The link sent for the Microsoft 365 Family did not install apps nor the service. My Apps are still coming up as licenses expired.

I was told that the link that I received could possibly be broken, whatever that means. All I know is that I need to use my computer. I cannot store anything, print anything, etc. I'm very upset because it seems as though we (me and my husband) just wasted our money updating the subscription. Please advise... somebody, anybody; thank you.

Alison, not all question asked by users can be answered right away. Often times users don't provide enough necessary info for us to just jump to a clear conclusion, and probing questions is part of the troubleshooting process. Troubleshooting steps for MacOS and Windows 11 can be very different.

Since you are using Windows 11, and it sounds like the apps are already installed? If so, in word, or excel, go to Files > Accounts > Update license, sign into the account used for the subscription, see if it refreshes the license and activate the apps.
