Getting a failed to remove device on Settings. It was a Bluetooth/WIFI SEENDA keyboard. Since it's disconnection and return to Amazon, I try to remove it on Settings->Devices and it just won't remove it. I did a FIND on REGEDIT and it shows entries, but I do not want to wrongly blow things away. Any ideas what to do? It is not registered in Windows Settings, just my laptop is a registered device.

    Hello, thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A.

    Click Windows + R key,

    Type shell:::{A8A91A66-3A7D-4424-8D24-04E180695C7A}

    and click Ok.

    Try removing your device from the Devices and Printers section. Sometimes, removing the device there should work.

    *--

    If you are still experiencing issues,

    Go to Device Manager.

    Expand the Bluetooth icon. (Click View > Show Hidden Devices).

    Select the driver you want to remove (WIFI SEENDA keyboard) and click uninstall.

    If this doens't help, right-click your default Bluetooth driver (Intel (R) Wireless Bluetooth or Realtek Bluetooth), select Uninstall device, select 'Attempt to remove the driver software for this device check box, and click Uninstall.

    Once uninstalled, restart your computer and try removing that device from the Bluetooth paired devices list.

    Windows will automatically reinstall your Bluetooth drivers during this restart.

    Let me know if you still need more help.
