The scheduled exam must be visible in the Microsoft Learn profile to confirm it is correctly linked. If the confirmation email was received but the exam is not listed under Scheduled Exams, the registration may be associated with a different account or there may be a linking issue that only support can verify.
Take these steps:
- Verify the correct Learn profile
- Sign in to Microsoft Learn and open the Credentials area:
- Check the Scheduled Exams/appointments section for the exam.
- If nothing appears, sign out and try any other Microsoft accounts (personal, work, or school) that might have been used during exam registration.
- Confirm the account used for registration
- Compare the email address that received the confirmation from the exam provider (for example, Pearson VUE) with the Contact Email and sign-in account in the Learn profile settings.
- If they differ, the exam may be linked to a different Learn profile.
- If the exam still does not appear
- For exam appointment and scheduling issues (including missing scheduled exams in the dashboard), contact the exam delivery partner directly:
- Pearson VUE Support: use the contact options listed under “For Exam appointment and scheduling issues”.
- If the delivery partner confirms the booking is correct but it is still not visible in Learn, contact Microsoft Credentials Support so they can check whether the exam registration is properly associated with the Learn profile and confirm the email ID used:
- Go to Credentials Support and submit a support request under Microsoft Certifications/Microsoft Credentials.
- For exam appointment and scheduling issues (including missing scheduled exams in the dashboard), contact the exam delivery partner directly:
Only Pearson VUE/Certiport and Microsoft Credentials Support can verify and correct the linkage between the scheduled exam, the registration email, and the Learn profile.
