I was logged into Microsoft and purchased office 2024. I can see there are two products. One $0 redeemed and the other $219 completed. From the $219 I installed it. When I open a product it searches my email and says license not found. I have uninstalled and re-installed already

Hello, I'm Quinn and here to hlep!

The “license not found” message usually means Office is signed into a different Microsoft account than the one that owns the purchase.

Please check which account has the license:

    1. Go to https://account.microsoft.com/services
    2. Sign in and confirm Microsoft Office 2024 appears under Products you’ve purchased.
    3. Then open Word (or any Office app) and check the signed-in account under File > Account (Windows) or Word > Settings > Account (Mac).

If the email doesn’t match the account that shows the license:

    1. Sign out of all accounts in Office
    2. Close all apps
    3. Reopen and sign in with the correct account

If the license appears in your account but still won’t activate, try restarting your computer and signing in again.

If the issue continues, you may run the Microsoft Office License Removal Tool for Mac to clear existing license files, then reopen Office and sign in again. Here's how to remove Office license files on a Mac:
