How to merge two different learning accounts for getting certificate for both learning accounts

I have given ms fundamental exam from my corporate id and got certificate but after some days i have given another microsoft exam ms 102 through my another company email id but now i didnt get the certificate so we need to merge both learning account so that i will get my certificate as well as get points to become microsoft solution provider

Merging two different Microsoft Learn accounts is possible in many cases and will combine certifications and learning progress into a single Learn profile. It will not merge the underlying Microsoft work accounts themselves, only the Learn profiles.

Follow these steps:

1. Decide which Learn profile should be the main one
   • Choose the profile where the first certification already appears (for example, the corporate ID where the MS Fundamentals exam is visible).
   • Plan to merge the other profile (second company email) into this main profile.
2. Sign in to the main Learn profile
   • Go to your Learn profile settings: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/users/me/settings (from context).
   • Confirm this profile shows the certification already earned.
3. Add the other login account to trigger a merge
   • In the main profile, go to Settings → Account Management → Add login account.
   • Sign in with the second company email that was used for the MS-102 exam.
   • If that login is associated with a different Learn profile, adding it will automatically trigger a profile merge.
   • All learning progress, credentials, and transcripts from the second profile will be merged into the main profile. Duplicate items will be removed. Important details from the merge behavior:
   • Data from both profiles is merged into a single Learn profile.
   • All login accounts from both profiles can still be used to sign in.
   • Merge cannot be undone.
   • If the combined profile would exceed the limit of five work/school login accounts, the merge is canceled and that limit must be resolved first.
4. Verify certifications after the merge
   • After the merge completes, sign in to the merged Learn profile and check Credentials → Certifications to confirm that both the MS Fundamentals and MS-102 certifications appear.
   • All learning progress and points should now be consolidated under this single Learn profile, which can then be used toward partner/solution provider requirements as applicable.
5. If the MS-102 certification still does not appear
   • Confirm that the exam was passed and delivered successfully and that the correct login account was used when registering.

Note on Microsoft accounts vs. work/school accounts:
• Work/school accounts themselves cannot be merged into a single Microsoft account, but multiple work/school and personal accounts can be attached to a single Learn profile.
