Charged but no subscription

Signed up for a personal account subscription (£84.99/year) with a one month free deals. However couldn't log into the account using email signed up while the £84.99 has already been paid.

    I can see that you are currently unable to log in to your Microsoft account

    Can describe more detail of what happen when you try to sign in with your account? is it wrong password or your sign in keep looping?

    In the meantime, could you try sign in to this site using your account: https://account.microsoft.com/services but using your browser incognito/InPrivate mode.

    This method could bypass sign in problem if you are encountering them.
