    Hi @Ann Schoot Uiterkamp

Thank you for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum. I’m sorry you’re running into this issue. The error you’re seeing, “Access denied for the resource” with Tag 4usqa and Code 3399614475, is most commonly caused by the Microsoft Information Protection API service principal being disabled in Microsoft Entra ID, rather than anything related to previously signing in with a personal account. This service principal is required for authentication in Microsoft 365 business environments, so if it’s turned off, sign‑in attempts can fail even when everything else appears to be set up correctly.

If you are an administrator, you’ll need to refer the steps outlined in this Microsoft Q&A reference to re‑enable the service principal:  Access denied for the resource. - Microsoft Q&A User's image

If you’re not an admin and are using a business or organizational account, the best next step is to contact your IT administrator and share this information with them. Only someone with admin privileges can change the Entra ID configuration needed to resolve this.

Please note that as a forum moderator, I don’t have the permissions or tools to intervene directly or make changes inside your tenant.

Thank you again for your understanding, and I hope this helps clarify the root cause and the proper path to resolution.

If you have any updates or if anything is still unclear, feel free to comment under this post, I’ll be here to follow up and support you.
