If your account is Microsoft 365 or Outlook.com, your emails and calendar are stored on Microsoft’s servers and an Outlook update does not delete them. Sign in at https://outlook.live.comand check your Inbox, Deleted Items, and Calendar.
If your data appears there, create a new Outlook profile in Control Panel, Mail, Show Profiles, Add, then sign in again to resync.
If nothing appears on the web, the mailbox itself does not contain the data, which usually means the account signed in is different or the data was stored locally in a POP data file. Check which account is signed in first.
