- Where did you buy the Microsoft 365 Personal license? (Microsoft Store, retail shop, etc.)
- Are you redeeming the code at https://setup.office.com?
- What exact error message do you see? Any error code?
In the meantime, if you haven’t already:
- Open a private/incognito browser window.
- Go to https://setup.office.com
- Sign in and enter the code again.
If it still says "we can't set up your account right now," it could be:
- A temporary server issue
- The code already redeemed
- A region mismatch (code bought in a different country)
