Other features or issues related to Microsoft Partner Center
Because sign-in to Partner Center is blocked and the account now appears disabled, support must be reached through the alternative channels that do not require signing in.
- Create a Partner Center support ticket without signing in:
- Use the "create a support ticket without signing in" entry point described in Troubleshoot sign-in issues and account access problems. This allows reporting account access issues even when normal Partner Center sign-in fails.
- If the issue is related to sign-in, password, or MFA for the Partner Center account:
- Follow the guidance in Troubleshoot sign-in issues and account access problems, including the password reset flow if applicable.
- If the problem is that required Partner Center pages or capabilities (such as Microsoft hardware programs) are not visible or access is restricted:
- Check which roles and workspaces are assigned to the account using the My access view in Partner Center once access is restored.
- If the message is "Access restricted due to conditional access policy", the Azure (Entra) administrator in the organization must adjust the conditional access policy; Microsoft support cannot override it.
- If the Partner Center account or tenant has been suspended (for example, due to verification or billing issues):
- Review the Partner profile and verification status and resolve any Failed/Rejected verification using the Fix now option.
- If billing is overdue, pay the outstanding balance and then submit a support request to remove the suspension.
- If the account is compliant but still suspended, contact Partner Center Support to request removal of the suspension.
- If none of the above resolves the issue or if the account cannot be found at all:
- Use the general Partner Center support resources listed under Support from Microsoft and Which support portal should I use? to open a support request as a CSP/Partner, or use the global customer service phone numbers if tenant access is completely unavailable.
These channels allow Microsoft support to investigate why the hardware Partner Center account is disabled and help restore access.
