i reedemed a xbox gamepass but didnt get the code i need help and information on how to get it right after i reedemed it

After redeeming an Xbox Game Pass reward or gift card, the code or entitlement is usually delivered through Microsoft Rewards order history or is directly applied to the Microsoft account used to redeem it.

To find the code or confirm it was applied:

1. If this was a Microsoft Rewards redemption:
   • Go to the Rewards page and sign in.
   • Select Redeem, then Order history.
   • Find the Game Pass order and select Order details to see the redemption code or link.
   • If needed, select Resend to have the confirmation email (with the code/details) sent again.
2. If this was a standard Xbox/Microsoft gift card or Game Pass code:
   • Go to the Redeem page and sign in with the same Microsoft account used before.
   • Enter the code if not already redeemed; if it was redeemed successfully earlier, the balance or subscription should already be associated with that account.
3. If the Game Pass was included as a reward and you cannot see the code or the order:
   • Sign in to the Rewards dashboard again and verify the correct Microsoft account is used.
   • Check Order history for the status of the order (for example, cancelled or completed). If it was cancelled, the points should be returned and the reward must be redeemed again.

If the reward shows as completed in Order history but no code is visible and nothing was applied to the account, contact Xbox or Microsoft Support for direct assistance with the specific order.
