I want a refund

I cancelled my account just over a year ago and since then you have taken 2 payments. The first one was over looked until about 6 months later which I felt was too late to follow up. The second one has been taken again last Friday 27/2/2026. I have tried everything to contact you with no success. In the last year I have only been able to use the basic window's which is on everyones computer. I am not asking for both to be refunded I just want the second one of £84.99

    To have this charge reviewed, sign in at https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=2246882

    Once signed in, click “Investigate charge” at the top right, select the February 27 payment, and submit it for review. The Microsoft billing team will check the payment and contact you if a refund or further action is needed.
