How do I cancel PC Game Pass

I want to cancel PC Game Pass and cannot find the Services & Subscription tab.

To cancel PC Game Pass when the Services & subscriptions tab is hard to find, use the direct Services page and then manage the subscription from there.

1. Go to the Services page: https://account.microsoft.com/services and sign in with the Microsoft account used for PC Game Pass.
2. Under Services & subscriptions, locate the PC Game Pass (or Xbox Game Pass for PC) subscription.
3. Select Manage next to that subscription.
   • If Turn on recurring billing is shown instead of Manage, the subscription is already set to expire on the date shown and will not renew; no further action is needed.
4. On the next page, select Cancel (or Cancel subscription / Upgrade or Cancel, depending on what appears).
5. Follow the on-screen steps to confirm cancellation.

If the subscription was purchased through a third-party store (for example, Google Play, Apple App Store, or a retail partner), cancellation must be done through that provider’s support instead of the Microsoft account portal.

For refunds (where eligible), after canceling, a refund can be requested following the applicable refund guidance for Microsoft subscriptions.
