I am requesting to you please reschedule the my exam due to some family issues I am not able to attend the exam on time . sorry for inconvenient .

Could you please help me to reschule the exam I had trying to reschule exam on all today but I can't reschedule the exam .I am not visible the rescheduled options in Microsoft account .

You can only reschedule if it is more than 24 hours before your exam

Exam rescheduling cannot be done by sharing registration or candidate IDs here. Use the official reschedule process:

1. Go to the Learn profile and sign in.
2. From the avatar menu, select Profile.
3. In the left menu, select Credentials, then choose Certifications.
4. Scroll to the AZ-204 exam appointment.
5. If eligible, Cancel or Reschedule links will appear; select Reschedule. This will redirect to the exam delivery provider (Pearson VUE) to complete the change.

If the reschedule option is not visible, it is usually because:

• The request is within 24 hours of the scheduled time, or
• The appointment time has already passed.

Exams must be rescheduled or cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time; otherwise, the exam fee or voucher is forfeited.
