First of all, I am sorry I was unable to find any parent or child tag for this issue or question
I want to register for the AZ-900 Microsoft Azure fundamentals exam.
When i click on "Schedule exam" with Pearson VUE i am redirected to a page where i have to enter the address. After entering the address i am redirected to a page saying "Unexpected Error: We encountered an unexpected error. Please try again later. If this issue continues, please contact site support". I tried again after few hours the same message was shown.
Earlier i reached the final payment page and was unable to make the payment due to some issue from the bank's side. So, i tried 5 times and after that i am seeing this error.

Are you seeing ERROR_VUE_WIDE_BLOCK in the URL when you try and schedule the exam?

ERROR_VUE_WIDE_BLOCK is typically because your account has been blocked by Pearson Vue which normally happens because of multiple failed payments. You need to contact Pearson Vue support using the link on https://aka.ms/CertificationSupport to get the block lifted.

The repeated failed payment attempts likely caused Pearson VUE to place a wide block on the account, which then results in the “Unexpected Error” message when trying to schedule again.

    To resolve this:

    1. Contact Pearson VUE support so they can check and remove the block on the account. Use the Certification Support entry point at:
    2. After Pearson VUE confirms the block is lifted, return to the AZ-900 exam page and schedule again via “Schedule with Pearson VUE.”
    3. If any further scheduling issues occur after the block is removed, open a case via Microsoft Certification Support from the same Certification Support page.

Do not keep retrying payments while the error persists, as it will not clear the block.
