Jesus! I need a phone number to speak to a live person at Microsoft regarding the family 365 Microsoft charge for $129.99, charge to my USC Visa that I did not authorize! This was two days ago. They are using an address from 5 years ago. I don't even know how they got this card number? Does anyone have a phone number to reach these people and Microsoft in the subscription Microsoft 365 office? I don't even have a family. It's just myself and my cat; Tanya e-mail. PLEASE HELP! You/I, used to be able to call Microsoft. What happened to that feature? Or phone number?

Thank you!

Kindly,

Tanya Sowden

For an unauthorized Microsoft 365 Family charge and to speak with a live person, use Microsoft’s official support channels and the “Get Help” / “Call me back” options rather than dialing random phone numbers.

    1. Use the Get Help / Contact Support flow (recommended)
      • Go to Contact Microsoft Support: https://support.microsoft.com/contactus/
      • Make sure to sign in with the Microsoft account that might be associated with the charge.
      • In the problem description box, type something like: Unauthorized Microsoft 365 Family charge.
      • Select Get Help.
      • When options appear, choose Contact support.
      • Select the appropriate product (for example, Microsoft 365 / Office / Billing).
      • Follow the prompts until the options Chat with an agent or Call me back appear.
      • Choose Call me back if a phone conversation is preferred. A Microsoft billing agent can then:
        • Review the $129.99 Microsoft 365 Family charge.
        • Confirm whether it is tied to a Microsoft subscription.
        • Help cancel/refund if eligible.
    2. Use the Get Help app on Windows (another way to reach a person)
      • On a Windows PC, open the Get Help app (search for “Get Help” from Start).
      • Type: Chat with an agent and press Enter.
      • Select Contact support at the bottom.
      • Choose Products and services and then the relevant category (Microsoft 365 / Office / Billing).
      • Follow the prompts to reach a live agent via chat or request a Call me back.
    3. If the charge is from the Microsoft Store
      • Go to the Help with Microsoft Store purchases page: https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=2300553 (via the Get help button on that page).
      • Describe the issue as an unauthorized Microsoft 365 Family subscription charge.
      • If more help is needed, scroll to the region list on that page to find Microsoft Store Sales Support phone numbers for the country/region, or use the link to Customer service phone numbers.
    4. If the charge is fraudulent
      • While working with Microsoft Support, also contact the card issuer (USC Visa) immediately to:
        • Report the charge as unauthorized.
        • Ask about blocking further charges or replacing the card.
      • Microsoft Support can investigate whether the charge is linked to any Microsoft account and help stop further billing.
    5. To request a refund or cancel a subscription (if it shows under the account)
      • Sign in to the Microsoft account that might have the subscription.
      • Go to the subscriptions area (via account.microsoft.com or through the link provided by support).
      • If a Microsoft 365 Family subscription is visible and was not intended:
        • Follow the steps to cancel it.
        • Then use the Contact Support option on the refund article to request a refund if eligible.

Use only the official Microsoft support entry points above (Get Help, Contact Support, Customer service phone numbers) to reach a real Microsoft billing agent and avoid scams.
