I have questions about my 2 personal accounts (both M365 personal) and I can't find any way to get in touch with a PERSON who can assist. Any ideas?

To get live help (chat or call-back) for Microsoft 365 Personal accounts, use Microsoft’s official support channels and the Get Help experience.

    1. Go through the Microsoft 365 consumer support entry point
      • Go to Contact Microsoft Support.
      • Enter a brief description of the issue with the personal Microsoft 365 accounts, then select Get Help.
      • If self-help articles are shown, scroll past them and choose Contact Support when it appears.
      • Select the appropriate product (for example, Microsoft 365 & Office or Account & Billing) and confirm.
      • Choose a support option such as Chat or Call me back when offered.
    2. Use the Get Help app in Windows (if signed in with a Microsoft personal account)
      • Open the Get Help app (type “Get Help” in the Windows search box and open it).
      • Describe the issue with the two Microsoft 365 Personal accounts.
      • If troubleshooters or articles do not resolve it, select Contact Support when prompted.
      • Choose the affected product/service and confirm.
      • Select the preferred contact method:
        • Chat with a support agent in your web browser, or
        • Provide a phone number and have a support agent call back.
    3. Use Microsoft 365 subscription support for home products
      • Holders of Microsoft 365 Personal or Family subscriptions are entitled to technical support via chat or call-back.
      • From Microsoft 365 Customer Service and Support or Contact Microsoft Support, sign in with one of the Microsoft 365 Personal accounts.
      • Choose the subscription/product, then select Chat or Call back when those options are presented.

If any path shows only self-help, continue through the prompts until a Contact Support, Chat, or Call me back option appears; availability can vary by time, region, and product.
