Hey! A few users are experiencing authentication failures due to a blocked phone number in the PhoneReputation service. Please review and unblock them.

Background: Multiple numbers were unblocked around 5 weeks ago. Issue has recurred for the same users despite prior fixes. To prevent ongoing disruptions, can we ensure these numbers are permanently unblocked?

Thanks for flagging this. We’ll check with the engineering team to review the PhoneReputation blocks for the affected numbers. Since these numbers were previously unblocked and the issue has reoccurred, we’ll specifically ask engineering to validate why they’re being re-flagged and whether a permanent allowlisting is possible to prevent further authentication disruptions.
