    Hi, Kurt Kleespies

    Welcome to Microsoft Q&A forum.

Sorry for this unwanted experience that you're having. You can refer to Q&A Assist's answer to self-check and cancel the subscriptions. In case you need direct assistance from Microsoft Support, here's the path you can follow to reach out to them:

    • Visit this website: Contact - Microsoft Support
    • Type Contact in the search box.
    • Now click Get help, and Select Contact Support or Sign in to contact support below.
    • Go to the Products and services tab, and choose either Microsoft 365 and Office category.
    • On the Category tab, choose Manage account subscription.
    • Go to Confirm.
    • You can now choose the option of Chat with a support agent on your web browser.

Important Note: The Chat support team only works at certain work times, (Monday to Friday: 9am to 6pm. Saturday and Sunday: 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.) so if the last window says you are not available, try to open it again the next day. If you prefer phone support, you can leave a phone number. That way, they can call you and help you.

Note: Please follow the steps in our documentation to enable e-mail notifications if you want to receive the related email notification for this thread.

Follow these steps to track down and cancel the subscription that is being charged:

    1. Confirm where the subscription was purchased
      • If the Microsoft 365 subscription was bought from a third-party (Amazon, Best Buy, Harvey Norman, Google Play, Apple App Store), cancellation must be done with that retailer or store, not in the Microsoft account.
      • For Google Play purchases, see Learn about Google Play refund policies.
      • For Apple App Store purchases, request a refund from Apple support.
      • If the subscription was purchased in Germany, it can be canceled without signing in by using Cancel a Microsoft subscription acquired in Germany.
    2. Check the correct Microsoft account
      • Go to the Services & subscriptions page: https://account.microsoft.com/services.
      • Make sure the sign-in uses the same personal Microsoft account that was used when Microsoft 365 was purchased. If nothing shows under this account, the subscription may be under a different Microsoft account (different email) or via a third-party store.
    3. If the subscription appears under Services & subscriptions
      • Under Services & subscriptions, locate the Microsoft 365 subscription.
      • Select Manage.
      • If the page shows Turn on recurring billing instead of Manage or Cancel, the subscription is already set to expire on the date shown and will not renew; no further action is needed.
      • Otherwise, select Cancel subscription (or Upgrade or Cancel) and follow the prompts to complete cancellation.
    4. If no subscription is visible but charges continue
      • Re-check step 1 (third-party retailer or app store) and step 2 (different Microsoft account).
      • If the subscription truly cannot be located under any Microsoft account and is not via a retailer/app store, contact the payment provider (bank or card issuer) and request that they block or dispute the recurring Microsoft 365 charge. This is a valid option when the account owning the subscription cannot be identified or accessed.
    5. Refund considerations
      • To check refund eligibility, the subscription must be canceled first. Not all cancellations result in a refund.
      • Some countries support prorated refunds for Microsoft subscriptions; see Countries with prorated refunds for Microsoft subscriptions from the cancellation article.

If cancellation still cannot be completed after these checks, use the guided support from Unable to cancel your Microsoft subscription to get routed to Microsoft support online (chat or callback), starting from the guided support “Start” link.
