Good afternoon,

My OneDrive has reverted to a sync date from about 18months ago. De-linking the account and relinking has not worked. Nor has signing in and out. Any ideas? I'm trying to find a phone number for Microsoft support but the bot just sends me into a circle. I'm about to tell Microsoft so lone.

Restore your entire OneDrive to a more recent time when it was correct. Do not empty the recycle bin at onedrive.com.

    Restore your OneDrive

Use Files On-Demand to free up OneDrive space on devices you use infrequently. Outdated files on seldom-used devices are often the culprit in cases like this. They have been known to inadvertently overwrite your more recent files

You should be able to schedule a callback from Microsoft support by going here and explaining your problem.

Call-in phone numbers are only available with business support.
