AI 900 - Exam Results

Hi, I took the MS / Azure AI-900 exam last week and passed. It is not on my profile, and I do not have the result paper from Pearson Vue. How can I get a copy of my results?

To get a copy of the AI-900 exam results and have it appear in the profile, use the Microsoft Learn profile and Pearson VUE score report access flow:

1. Sign in to Microsoft Learn using the same personal Microsoft account that was used to schedule and take the AI-900 exam: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/users/me/credentials?tab=credentials-tab
2. Open the Profile menu, select Credentials, then select Certifications.
3. Scroll down to the Past exams section and locate the AI-900 exam.
4. Select View details on provider site. This opens the Pearson VUE dashboard for the certification profile.
5. In the Pearson VUE dashboard, find the AI-900 exam and select View in the View Score Report section to download or print the official score report.

If the exam does not appear under Past exams or on the Pearson VUE dashboard when accessed from the Learn profile, contact Microsoft Credentials support so they can investigate account linkage or delivery issues: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/credentials/support/help

For most exams, results are available within minutes and should appear in the Learn profile within 24 hours. If the result is still missing after that time, support intervention is required.
