HI, I'm Rodrigo and I will help you.
Are you using Windows 11? Go to Settings > Windows Update and select "Check for updates"; you don't need to pay for it.

I saw an email come in that pointed me to an answer, when I followed that link there was a message that said "this content has been deleted". There is no answer in this thread though. This seems pretty odd, are you guys just teasing me?

when I went to windows update area I was told I have reached the end of service, or something to that effect? I figured that meant I would have to pay for an update, if that is not true, please tell me how to access free updates.
