I wrote my certification exam on 28th Feb 2026 but i am not able to find badge or certification on my logins. i can see only as i passed but i haven't received it yet.

Sharing Certification credentials

Within the Learn profile, you can share validated details of your Microsoft credentials:

At the top of the page, click on your profile icon and from the dropdown menu select Profile.

Within your Learn profile, select Credentials in the left-hand column. You can then select the Applied Skills or Certifications tab.

Select Certifications. Your earned Certification will be displayed on a list.

For the certification you want to share, select View certification details below the description. The Your certification details screen will display.

Select the Share link for a set of sharing options.

After I followed these steps still it is not visible

Exams are not certifications. The AZ-305 exam is only part of the requirements for the Azure Solution Architect Expert certification. You must also hold an active Azure Administrator Associate certification.

so Azure Administrator Associate is pre-requisite because of that i am not able to see my certification.

Hi @Julian Sharp when if i pass my admin exam what date will shown in my certification. is it 28th Feb 2025 or different date?

The date you earn the certification which will be when you pass AZ-104 exam

If I understand correctly, if I take the AZ-104 exam on September 27th, 2026, will my AZ-305 certification also have the same date(September 27th, 2026)?

The AZ-305 exam date will not change but the Azure Administrator and Azure Solution Architect certifications will both have the same date

but i passed my exam on Feb 28th 2026.

Badges and certificates do not appear instantly in all cases, even if the exam already shows as passed.

Take these steps in order:

Confirm the result is fully posted
- Go to your Learn profile and open the Credentials → Certifications and Past exams sections to confirm the exam shows as passed and is associated with your current profile.
- For most non‑beta exams, the score and status are available in the Learn profile within 24 hours of completing the exam.
Check the correct Learn account
- Make sure the account used to sign in to Microsoft Learn is the same one used to register and take the exam.
- If multiple Microsoft accounts (personal, work, or school) exist, sign out and try each one. The congratulations email for the exam is sent to the Contact Email in the Learn profile; use that as a clue to which profile holds the certification.
Verify the credential actually issues a certificate
- Some items in the profile are exams only; a certification certificate is only issued when all requirements for the certification are met. If the certification requires more than one exam, the certificate will not appear until the final required exam is passed.
Access certificates and badges from the Certification Dashboard
- Open the Certification Dashboard (see “Access your Certification Dashboard”).
- For certificates: select View Certificates in the Certificates section and check if the certification is listed; download from there.
- For badges: follow Use and share certification badges from the dashboard to view available badges.
If the certification or badge is still missing
- If the exam is visible as passed but no corresponding certification or badge appears after requirements are met and accounts are verified, contact Microsoft Credentials Support for account‑specific investigation and correction.

If the exam taken was a beta exam, results and associated credentials can take significantly longer (up to about 10–14 weeks from the start of the beta) to be released after the exam goes live.
