Computer not recognizing speakers

I am trying to use the back panel 3.5mm speaker port that connects to the motherboard for my speakers. The front panel headphone port works fine. In both the sound settings and in device manager the speakers don't show up at all. I have tried going into the BIOS as well, but I don't have an onboard device configuration section like I saw in some suggestions.

I am fairly certain this is an issue with Windows 11. This was a new pc build and for the first week I was just using windows 10, and the speakers worked great, no issues. As soon as I update to windows 11, they haven't been recognized since. Beyond the update there have been no other changes.

Hi, I'm Rodrigo and I will help you.
Is there something connected to the front port when you connect it to the back port?

Usually the front and the back port show as the same device, and the front port gets priority over the back port.

On Realtek Audio Control you can set it to behave as separate devices.
