Cannot login with MFA after phone upgrade

i have a personal an azure account @hotmail.com , when I upgraded my phone I lost the MFA setting . now i try to login to azure it is sending MFA but not getting it. How can I reset my MFA and add to my new phone so that I can log in. And no backup available.

And no additional option "Choose another method" as suggested by Copilot/AI
