    Dear @AncientTech#1,

Thank you for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum.

As a moderator, I don't have the tools to investigate your specific account directly because this is a user-to-user support forum. Moderators and contributors, including external Microsoft employees, cannot directly intervene in Microsoft product features or access back-end systems. Our role is limited to providing technical guidance on reported issues, requests, or ideas. However, I will try my best to guide you as clearly as possible.

Microsoft Learn is a learning platform (self‑paced modules, labs, learning paths). Signing up for Microsoft Learn does not automatically place you into a Microsoft Team.

May I ask, do you want to use Microsoft Teams?

If in this case, could you please help me provide your email address? I need to check whether your account is a work/school account or a personal account so that I can provide the correct guidance.

Note: Please send your email address via private message as it contains personal information. To access your private messages, look for a notification at the top of your post and click on "View message."

If you are using a work/school account and your organization has a subscription from Microsoft, you can simply sign in to office.com and use Teams as usual.

If you have a personal Microsoft account, you can sign in to login.live.com to use the free version of Teams.

Therefore, please help me provide your account details so I can assist you further.

I look forward to your support and response!
